Spectrum is the multilaser platform that proves to be the most versatile one in plastic surgery. The clinical applications are nume-rous due to the possibility to substitute the handpieces, the optical fibers and to choose the wavelengths according to the specific treatment needed. With Dual Boost technology, in fact, a wavelength from the range 532nm, 808nm, 940nm, 980nm, 1064nm, 1470nm, and 1940nm can be selected separately or two can be selected in the simultaneous combined mode.

LASER LIPOLYSIS, LASER ASSISTED FACIAL AND BODY CONTOURING Interstitial method to redefine the facial and body contouring. This technique enables the removal of fat tissue due to the selective li-polytic action of the laser beam, combining the lysate suction. The main advantage is the excellent skin tightening combined to the im-provement of previous unesthetic flaws such as stretch marks and rifts left by previous liposuctions.

The ILT enables the evacuation of a great part of the filler and irreversibly interrupts the inflammatory process, without leaving visible marks as surgical ablation does.

Advantages• Applying two wavelengths in a combined mode enables the maximisation of the advantages of both laser wavelengths and, at the same time, enables the clinician to obtain better results in a single session. • The integrated “ChillAir” chiller system prevents collateral damages caused by the laser energy and increases the tolerability of the treatment.

OPTICAL FIBERS Available sterile in a range of calibres (from 100 to 1000 micron), lengths and types with various patterns (linear/ radial/ spherical “tips”, side firing). Either single-use or sterilisable multi-use.

KIT FOR LASER LIPOLYSIS AND HYPERHIDROSIS A range of handpieces is available with or without insertion piece for aspiration. The cannulas differ in length and calibre. The kit consists of handpiece, cannula and optical fiber.Thickness of the cannulas: 1 to 3mmLength of the cannulas: 10 to 30cm.
