MAKROCLEAR™ is transparent polycarbonate sheet.

The product is produced with vast knowledge of our

production team experienced in producing mono, co and

tri-extrusion. The product is virtually unbreakable with

extremely high impact resistance and offers high

temperature performance too.

MAKROCLEAR™ provides designers, specifiers and

architects with possibilities to use transparent

polycarbonate sheets in applications where high clarity

and optical performance is required. The consistent high

quality demands from the market helps to improve

machining, screen printability and thermoformability

EXCELLENT FIRE PERFORMANCE complying

requirements to EN 13501-1 (EUROPEAN BUILDING

STD). In case of fire, the sheet will melt and allow venting

where heat and smoke will be let out and therefore

reduce the growth of fire by flame spread.

MAKROCLEAR™ TRANSPARENT PRODUCTS – POLYCARBONATE SHEETS

MAKROCLEAR™ BENEFITS:

• Good optical quality

• Half the weight of glass

MULTICLEAR® HAMMER FINISH is a textured multiwall

polycarbonate sheet which has special aesthetic

appearance. The product has been designed to provide

an alternativeto architects or specifiers who would like

to maintain the light transmission whilst allowing

maximum diffusion of light without tinting the product.

The spread of light is even and the surface is textured on

the inner layer. Light diffusion and transmission are much

better than standard tinted products. Good cleanability

and appearance with light diffusion and diffraction hides

dirt or marks on the sheet.

MULTICLEAR® HAMMER FINISH has one side UV

protected sheet as standard (also available with two side

UV protection). Standard colours are opal, white and

bronze. Other colours are available. Thicknesses from 8

mm upwards for the whole MULTICLEAR® range.

MULTICLEAR® HAMMER FINISH has a 10 year limited

warranty against discolouration, loss of impact strength

and light transmission due to weathering.

ALSO AVAILABLE:

MULTICLEAR® HAMMER FINISH is available for the

whole MULTICLEAR® range.

EXCELLENT FIRE PERFORMANCE complying

requirements to EN 13501-1 (EUROPEAN BUILDING

STD). In case of fire, the sheet will melt and allow venting

where heat and smoke will be let out and therefore

reduce the growth of fire by flame spread.

transmittance.

MULTICLEAR® STRONG is transparent and translucent

with one side UV protected sheet (also available with two

side UV protection). Standard colours are clear, opal and

bronze. Available in thicknesses 10, 16, 20 and 25 mm.

Lower weight products are available for 16 and 25 mm.

Knife cutting operation is used both online and offline to

avoid saw dust.

MULTICLEAR® STRONG has a 10 year limited warranty

against discolouration, loss of impact strength and light

transmission due to weathering.

ALSO AVAILABLE:

MULTICLEAR® HAMMER FINISH, MULTICLEAR®

SOLAR CONTROL (UV protected), MULTICLEAR® RPC.

EXCELLENT FIRE PERFORMANCE complying

requirements to EN 13501-1 (EUROPEAN BUILDING

STD). In case of fire, the sheet will melt and allow venting

where heat and smoke will be let out and therefore

reduce the growth of fire by flame spread.

MULTICLEAR® STRONG ULTRA 25/5 is an extruded

5 wall polycarbonate sheet designed to offer better

stiffness than standard weight products (the impact

strength is at quarter of the weight of glass of equivalent

thickness). The sheet offers increased impact resistance

by using cross structure and more material. The ribs are

optimised to improve the stiffness. The system is cost

saving by using less glazing bars for installations hence

increased light transmittance.

MULTICLEAR® STRONG ULTRA is transparent and
