Fasten

• Fasten the film to the pallet load and stand about 200mm away while you wrap.

1 Unwind

• Unwind the film freely until you reach the corner, this is where you need to apply tension.

2 Hold

• Hold the stretch film parallel to the corner before you lock it with your hand.

Stretch

• Stretch the film 50% until you feel the tension and then begin wrapping it round the corner.

4 Release

• With tension still applied step around the corner, release and let the film unwind freely.

• Infinity film does not ‘neck down‘ so wrapping pallets is easier and faster

What is Shrink Film?A plastic film, which will shrink, after being heated.

Heated with the RIPACK® 3000, the LDPE Shrink Film, when wrapped around or covering an item will shrink, as it cools down and fit tightly around the item. The shrink film will not adhere to the item being protected; it will only fuse to itself, as the film is an excellent thermal barrier and will absorb the heat.

• High UV inhibition to withstand more than 2 years of adverse weather conditions.

• Coflex 3 - High performance shrink film.

• Very high level of shrink. Great for protection of products from small skids to large machinery.
