NON CONTACT CONTROL POINTS BUILD STATION (Portable Laser Measurement TS System) Accuracy: 1 to 2mm up to 400 meters

Range: 400meter This is reflector less Laser Measurement System for non contact and inaccessible areas measurement tasks. It is designed especially for mid-to-low accuracy measurement and inspection applications. This system complete with a set of application software that guide in installation, alignments and monitoring. System is portable and with chargeable battery operated for field applications.

LASER TRACKER SYSTEM

(Portable Coordinate Measurement System) Accuracy: from 0.01mm with range from 1.5m to 40m Laser Tracker is a portable, high precision coordinate measurement system. The Laser Tracker combines interferometer based laser optics with state-of-the-art servo control technology to measure the position of a target relative to the tracker. Tracker also contains API’s unique “TURBO ADM” system for enhanced flexibility. With the specialized software provided, the real-time positioning information can be used to measure relative distances between points, set up virtual axis, monitor the movement of a part with an accuracy of 5 microns, or compare real world production to a cad model.

It is manufactured by NDI Canada .It’s accuracy range 25-50 micron. T-SCAN/3D Laser Scanner- handheld scanning system creates high quality engineering surfaces in CAD using 3D measurement data captured by it. Use the scan data to clean up, modify, sculpt and reconstruct surfaces to fully define a part’s geometry in various CAD/CAM environments.

The Artec™ MH/MHT 3D Scanner is a 3D video camera that captures video, each single frame of which is a three-dimensional image. The scanning process becomes extremely straightforward; simply walk around the object continuously capturing it with the camera from various angles, while the accompanying software automatically combines all the scanned frames into a single mesh There is no need to place countless markers all over the object to scan it.
