ROMAX provides high-impact conical bottom silos with 45ᵒ, 60ᵒ and 66ᵒ degrees hoppers for operating processing of raw materials from 4,5 m3 to 2 643 m3 capacity.
Roof, cylindrical body and supporting structures of a silo are made of strong construction steel grades
ROMAX plant gives importance to structural solutions ensuring reliable operation in different regions of the country with various snow, wind and seismic load. Silos of our production are metal-consuming and provided with reliable load-carrying structures such as rafter roof systems and stiffeners.
A standard equipment list of hopper silos includes: a roof ladder with a safety fence, access doors on bodysheets and a roof, a fully equipped roof with free ventilation deflectors, ladder of a silo body to the access door with fences and a recreation platform under the access door, an eave between a cylindrical body of a silo and a roof preventing from water and snow entrance, maximum and minimum level product indicators.

Roof, cylindrical body and supporting structures of a silo are made of strong construction steel grades.
In ROMAX flat bottom silos even the tiniest details are designed to ensure the best conditions for products saving. It delivers maximum terms of storage and meanwhile minimizes losses. A flat bottom silo structure is calculated in such a way to contain maximum capacity of product using minimum land area.
ROMAX silos are manufactured with completely automatic production lines which enable us to process over 25 000 tons of steel per year correlating to 2 500 000 m3 of grain storage.

ROMAX provides up-market feed silos from 4,5 m3 to 85 m3 capacity with 60ᵒ and 66ᵒ degrees hoppers for animal feed storage.
Roof, cylindrical body and supporting structures of a silo are made of strong construction steel grades.
ROMAX engineers designed unique structural solutions for animal feed storage used for farming.
Having comparatively compact size feed silos are equipped with reinforced support stands and with a roof structure rigidity increased. Our technologies let us achieve enhanced tightness in this type of silos and as a result feed silos are used in various climatic zones.
Silos can be additionally equipped with the following equipment:
- pipe for pneumatic filling of a silo;
- inspection door;
- maximum level product indicator;
- minimum level product indicator;
- load cells mounted on silo legs;

ROMAX bucket elevators are designed for the vertical transport of bulk materials. The capacity is from 5 to 2 500 tph. The elevators are developed and manufactured under production-line conditions what ensures their operational reliability and a long-life cycle. They are equipped with high-quality components. A filling tray, a cover of the top head and a discharging tray are lined with polymer plates increasing the operating life of the unit and reducing harm to the product being conveyed.
Buckets are manufactured by French company STIFF, they contain a vast amount of conveying product what increases the output to 10-15% in comparison with its nominal rate. A high impact belt resists a load from 400 to 1600 N/mm.

Grain dump pit system provided by ROMAX is a process engineering solution which ensures a quality results during use of the unit under different operating conditions.
The grain dump pit system consists of a hopper bin receiving raw products from auto transport and railway facilities.
One can use it with gently inclined or belt conveyors.
On request the grain dump pit system can be equipped with a truck tipper, a strong screen for auto transport facilities movement and also preventing from foreign objects in, an adjusting device for conveying equipment.

These filters (F22-2.5/ F18-2.5) are suited for application in aspiration systems of a dump pit improving their efficiency and they have a modular construction. Separate parts can be joined together in order to ensure dust collection from every point of grain dump pit system.
One shall consider the length of a dump pit in order to select a correct filter.
Filters (Type F) are equipped with automatic cleaning of filtering elements (sleeves).
Filters are also equipped with venting fans, model, type and motor drive power supply of which are determined in accordance to the operating solution adopted.

AIR DUCT
These filters are for local use and installed to conveying equipment (bucket elevators, chain and belt conveyors), rubbing machines and hoppers.
The FP-type filters can be installed both vertically (type FPV is mounted to bucket elevators) and horizontally (type FPH is mounted to chain conveyors).
The filters are equipped with a transition piecefrom the aspiration equipment. On request FPV-type filter can be completed with an inclined transition piece for dumping of aspiration waste products.
ROMAX plant provides a full range of air duct for aspiration systems. Pipe size is from 100 to 900 mm.
The plant manufactures different fittings for aspiration systems as well, such as:
