It is located in Salford just across the river glaze. And also outside of the property two further images are going to be taken. Legal and Ethical: Legal issues: My clothes will follow regulations which means we will not make it like another product to follow this we must follow these regulation from 1977 in a correct and professional manner. Copyright Law: In my adverts I will use my own photos and no photos from anybody else by doing this I will stick to the copyright law of 1977. Schedule:

Costumes:

Image 1: Black, tights, grey dress and black boots

Locations:

Old derelict burnt bungalow being revamped into a home. It is located in Salford just across the river glaze. And also outside of the property two further images are going to be taken.

Legal and Ethical:

Legal issues: My clothes will follow regulations which means we will not make it like another product to follow this we must follow these regulation from 1977 in a correct and professional manner.

Discrimination Law: My prints adverts will not include or show any offensive and discriminate material which may offend the general public and in particular race, religion , disability or sex in any un morale way. Ethical issues and representation: My advertisement at first will be a White male as my model but when my advertisement becomes more wide scale different races and genders will be also on our advertisement campaign.

Code of practice: My advertisement will abide by the UK code of Non – Broadcast advertising for example we will follow all the codes that are listed by the CAP such as the children law which is listed number 5 on their website.

Trespass:

Tress pass law will not apply to my work because it is on the property which is own by my family.

Intellectual property rights:

Intellectual property rights: My advertisement will not feature any other company or businesses logo with my guarantees of keeping this policy. I will do this by positioning my model in a correct manner without showing the logo.

Trademark law:

In my work my model or I will not use any trademarks which are used by a specific individual or company. I will only use my charity logo but any clothing logos are hidden from view.

In my work I will not promote any sex, religion, race and ethnicity. And instead I will represent all of them in a fair light.
