To Consider and Some Suggestions

Graduation Requirements – are these accounted for ?

Health (.5), Tech Ed, Arts, Phys Ed

Pre-requisites for 6th subject - Art, Music, CP

Student Interest and Inclination vs. Aptitude

Summer school/online options = Health, Technology

Math and Language pathways

Looking back on the program, an IB

education is truly the most valuable

and holistic way of learning about

the world through your classes and

peers. To be surrounded by students

and teachers that force you to

question your own opinions and

beliefs in the formative years of high

school is so incredibly rare.

IB was such a significant part of my

high school experience that I was

afraid to leave it upon graduation. I

was pleased to discover that IB

really does last into college, and

hopefully into the rest of my life. I

will always be an IB learner

If asked about my RM IB

experience, I can honesty say

that it shaped the person I am

today. I am so grateful for the

amazing education and

experiences I received from

really dedicated teachers, and I

really value the unique

worldview I now hold. IB was

truly the best experience I could

have asked for.

I look back at my experience in the IB

Program with an immense amount of

gratitude. While the academics were

certainly rigorous, all of wonderful teachers

helped me build a solid foundation of skills

and study habits that I continue to use each

day. I'll always cherish the great friendships I

made and remember the teachers and staff

members that not only cared about us as

students learning the material, but more

importantly as young adults preparing for the

next phase of our lives.

There is one element of RM's IB

program that I had not realized how

much I appreciated and felt at home

in, until I found its parallel at my

university – that is the student

culture and demographics. My

college has the same range of

diversity in ethnicity, gender,

religion, interests, and educational

and socioeconomic backgrounds as

RM had, and I love it.
