Procurement DescriptionThe City of Phoenix is seeking qualified firms for Planning & Development Department On-Call Services from May 1, 2018 thru April 30, 2020 Up to 5 firms will be selected for each of the Seven On-Calls
Based on RFQ, firms must specifically identify in the Statement of Qualifications Information Sheet and Evaluation Criteria (A. General Information – 10 points) the category(ies) of services firm is interested in providing to the City
Contracts will not exceed $2 to $4 Million each in Services
Scope of Work Planning and Development Department staff will give an
overview of each RFQ Scope of Work

Statement of Qualifications Criteria Each page with criteria information, including photos, charts,
and graphs, will be counted towards maximum number of pages allowed.
Information Sheet, front and back covers, Table of Contents and tab dividers will NOT be counted towards the maximum page limit, UNLESS they include information that may be considered by the selection panel.
VENDOR REGISTRATIONAll Firms Should Be Registered in the City of Phoenix Vendor Management System PRIOR TO SUBMITTING A PROPOSALNEW FIRMS – After Registering, the City will SEND AN EMAIL WITH A VENDOR NUMBER APPROX. TWO DAYS
NEW: THE VENDOR NUMBER SHOULD BE INCLUDED ON THE COVER OF THE STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS AND PROPOSAL PACKAGE ENVELOPE.
