conditions in a quick reference guide.
• All monies paid to the hotel are non-transferable and non-refundable at the time of booking.
• If your party numbers decrease, the deposits which have already been paid are non-refundable
and non-transferable.
• All prices are Inc. VAT at the current rate.
• Your Booking will not be confirmed until we have received 50% deposit per person for our party nights and
New Year’s Eve Family Celebration or £50.00 per person for our New Year’s Eve Ball.
• Christmas Parties and The NYE Ball – no under 18’s permitted. Adults only events.
• All changes or cancellations must be advised in writing.
• Please note guests will be asked to share tables with other guests for our Christmas &
New Year’s Eve party nights.
• Final balance – must be paid 4-6 weeks prior to arrival.
• Menu’s – subject to change without prior notice.
• A full food pre-order and table plan to be completed prior to arrival. The hotel is to advise of the
number of guests per table.
