SOWT analysis:Strengthens:1- Highly motivated Members in the Association.2- Highly Motivating Issue of Publications.3- Presence of International & National Designer in the Association.4- Corporate Identity Started Last term.

Weakness:

1- Very Small Team.2- Few members are professionals about 2 or 3 !!!3- Site & IT.

Opportunities:1- Trainers Availability.2- Start of the Term, we have some time.3- Facebook Pages and Groups.4- Relationships ;).5- To Complete CI.6- IFMSA-Egypt LC management sessions.

Threatens:1- Low Budget.2- In appropriate time line , not ready from the start.

Goals & Objectives:-Goal (1):Building of strong Publication Team.

Objectives:1- Team Formation.2- Trainings.

Goal (2):Up to date Tools and Instruments.

Objectives:1- Searching for the Newly and easy facilities for the team.2- Printing Centers Deals.

Goal (3):Up to date Website.

Objectives:1- New Website.2- Special IT Team For the Site.

Goal (4):Publication of AMSA local and National.

Objectives:1- Local Publication Campaigns.2- Publication in National Events.

Goal (5):AMSA CI.

Objectives:1- Finalizing and Finishing it.2- Adoption of the CI.

1- Team Building:a) Team Formation.- 1st call.- 2nd call.- Recruitment.• CoAssistantsforPublication&IT.• TextEditor.• Proofreaders.• Designers.• Videomakers• PhotographersandPhotoeditors.

B) Trainings:

- Basics.- Advanced.- Required Trainings:*Technical:Office,Adobe,CorelDraw,others…“Timemanagement,communicationskills”

How??** IN and Outdoors Trainings:In:BytheQualifiedLocalProfessionalTrainers.BytheAidoftheTSDD.Out:-IFMSA-Egypttrainings.–CertifiedCenters.

2- Up to date Tools:

a) Devices:- Computers: we will relay on the personal facilities of the members as Disk tops and Lap tops .- Cameras: we will cut off Fund for a digital Professional cam. And till we get it we will depend on ours.

b) Software:- This will be the mission of the Director to provide all the Team with needed and re-quired Software for Each Publication and IT Sectors.

4- Publicity and Marketing of the Association:-

a) Publicity:

- Local: • Projects Materials shall be provided by the Contact Information and Strict to the CI of the Association.• Twitter:One coordinator with same tasks of the FB but small and light news.• SC Wall Magazine:thiswillbemanagedwithSCofficers.ItwillbePerMonthIssues“October,November,December,February,MarchandApril”.• National Publications: During National Gas and National Events.• International Publicity:-International Meeting delegations from AMSA will be Supported by AMSA Publications to Spread it off.-IncomingExchangeStudentWelcomePackage.- Outgoing Students will be provided with Contact and Hostel Thanking Package.Last2pointswillbediscussedFartherwiththeExchangeOfficers.• AMSA Printed Magazine:-One Coordinator will be Set for it.-Articles-Magazine Editors-adver.-OneIssue/YearatthestartofthesecondTermofStudying.- Contents will be discussed later on.• FB Fan Page:2 coordinators will be responsible about it with tasks of:-Up to date news.-Projects.-Offers.-Trainings-Success.-Publications.

b) Marketing:This Point Is Gonna Discussed along withe the Fund raising Director :)
