Walton ReservoirLegal and ethicalTrespass Trespassing is being on land that you do not have permission to be on from the land owner. Trespassing is only an offence if you have damaged the land or they have used threatening or abusive language towards the occupiers family employees or agents and if they have 6 or more vehicles on the land. I cannot trespass on any land when taking photos for my photo-shoot for my final images. Intellectual property rightsCopyright is a law to protect peoples work so that none else can copy their idea. The campaign will have to be checked that it is not copying any of the slogans, logos and photography. However I will be taking all of the photographs. So the photographs will not be copyright. I cannot copy anyones ideas to use in my own photos.

CopyrightCopy someones work such as magazines, newspapers and photographs. Copyright is a legal right created by the law of a country that grants the creator of an original work exclusive rights to its use and distribution. I cannot copy anyones photos to use in my own images.

DiscriminationIt is illegal to discriminate against a gender, age, religion and disability. Discrimination is action that denies social participation or human rights to categories of people based on prejudice. My photos will not discriminate against any age, gender and race in any way.

TrademarkThis is a logo or icon that is recognisable for your company such as the Nike tick. This cannot be copied because it is your logo and you can be sewed if you are found copying the trademark. My photos will not include any logos for any brands.

Obscenity lawThis law is made to stop bad behaviour on things such as radio you cant offend anyone or swear. Obscenity law deals with laws in the UK that relate to the regulation or suppression of what is considered obscenity. None of my photos will include any rude body language or swearing.

Representational issue My images should not represent anyone in a bad way due to their religion, age and gender. My model in my photos isnt represented in a bad a bad way due to their age, race or gender.
