PLAN. DESIGN. SUSTAIN.
Seero is a professional multi-disciplinary firm that provides design, engineering, consultancy, and construction management services.
Our Services Highway Engineering is a multipart discipline where multiple factors as road safety and environmental and
socioeconomic studies intervene its design decisions.
The high quality of road network design and construction directly impacts the nation’s economy by reducing factors
such as journey time and cost. Such advantages can make the country more economically attractive.
The key of our success represents in the combination of our knowledgeable highway engineers with the skillful
in-house specialists, representing disciplines such as road safety, traffic and environment impact assessments and
pavement design and analysis.
Seero is playing a crucial role to provide innovative solutions in all areas of Highway Design. Seero team always
consider practical and sustainable ways to design the most cost effective and appropriate highways for clients and
communities.

Asphalt Pavement Analysis & Design
Utilities and Stormwater Management Design
The importance of providing the right asphalt
pavement design can achieve huge cost reduction
and prevent frequent rehabilitation due to surface
failures. provides asphalt pavement design & analysis
service for variety of projects and road types. Our
technical team has the knowledge also to perform
advanced studies for special projects and
requirements. has established a joint venture with
CMS Engineering Group (one of the leading
pavement design consultant company in the United
States) to invite well-known experienced engineers
onboard and provide excellent service and
professional delivery in the field of asphalt pavement
design and analysis.Reaching the designated destination in an easy and safe way, is a very blessing experience that every user should have.
Seero focuses on improving that experience by looking forward enhancing the level of safety in roads, improving roads
designs, and allocating the suitable signage in the appropriate locations. That includes also generating a unique way to
promote the development’s identity and brand to all visitors arriving to the destination. A successful navigated place,
means that an effective wayfinding system has been achieved.
Ensuring pedestrians and cyclists safety is an important
goal worldwide. Seero is taking the initiative to design and
sustain roads with the highest safety standards.
Seero’s ultimate deliverable is to improve pedestrians and
cyclists experience across the country.
The technical team can provide an engaging approach to
pedestrians and cyclists planning with an adherent safety
considerations and risk assessments. As well as, potential
solutions that draw on our national expertise to create
local success stories.
This service is considered as an early stage of a traf-
fic related studies, where the impact of the new or
existing development on the surrounding roads is
analyzed and mitigated. Seero has been well-known
in providing Traffic Impact Studies in several projects
conducted in Qatar. With the benefit of our expertise
in transportation, traffic, urban planning, with the use
of the latest leading industry and approved software
including VISUM, VISSIM, Synchro, Sidra and Auto-
Turn, we deliver high quality design and reports to
obtain authorities approvals.
The design and implementation of an appropriate and
effective road facilities has ultimate importance to
achieve a well-functioning road.
Stormwater management is a topic of great interest
nowadays, especially that it has been heightened by
environmental pollution.
Therefore, Seero takes the initiative to be specialized in
this area and transform the perception of utilities and
stormwater management design from being a comple-
mentary element to a featured design element by itself.
We have developed a strong and comprehensive
stormwater programs and flood assessment service to
consider and treat water as a critical natural resource
that have a major and direct impact on the infrastruc-
ture of our cities and human lives consequently.

Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) Design
Temporary Traffic Management Design
Qatar is moving forward building smart cities with all the capabilities to
escort technology evolution. Seero provides concept and detailed designs in
the field of the Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) services to cope with the
future of transportation. This service provides a high-tech system in parking
management system, emergency vehicle notification system, automatic road
enforcement, variable speed limits and traffic operation management systems.
Temporary Traffic Management (TTM) plans are part of the authority’s requirements to ensure safe and smooth
transaction between old and new roads and infrastructures. The function of TTM is to warn, control, protect and
guide drivers through or around a work zone. Seero has the engineering capability to prepare the required TTM plans
for diversions and work zones as per Ashghal Road Safety Audit Guidelines & Procedures and Work Zone Traffic
Management Guidelines.
Traffic Surveys
Public Transit Modeling & Process Design
Traffic demand is a dynamic parameter
that has a huge impact on the design
of any new or existing projects.
Seero provides Traffic Surveys service
using high-technology gadgets and
techniques. Our field team has the
experience and skills to efficiently
extract data with 95% accuracy level
for several types of surveys:
In transportation and infrastructure fields, future generations will experience the effect of today’s decisions, that is
where Seero plays a key role in the development and enhancement of public transport networks. We have developed
a comprehensive transport models that embrace the Transport Master Plan of Qatar using various software and
hardware platforms.
Our staff are not only skilled users in simulation modeling packages, but they also understand simulation modeling
and traffic engineering theory to ensure effective design of models and the meaningful interpretation of outputs.

Road Safety Audit
A Road Safety Audit Service is an evaluation of a highway improvement scheme during design stage and post-
construction. Seero audit team can identify the road safety problems and suggest measures to eliminate or mitigate
any concerns. Road Safety Audits are undertaken by our team of specialists trained in the skills of collision investigation
and road safety engineering. All strategic road schemes and the majority of new works are required to have an
independent Road Safety Audit. Road Safety Audits aim to identify potential road safety hazards arising from planned
changes to the road layout.

Scope:
Based on the project location and the land use, it was calculated that a total
of 2,960 two-way trips will be generated by the project during the PM Peak
hour, thus, the scope is to conduct a Full Traffic Impact study (TIS), including
Site Development Review, Traffic Surveys, Traffic Strategic Modeling, Traffic
Impact Assessment and Micro Simulation.
The Traffic Survey was conducted as part of the
full TIS; to describe the collection process of
the traffic data that has been implemented to
understand the existing pattern of traffic demand
surrounding the proposed development. These
traffic data collection efforts will be utilized in
the transport modeling as part of the modeling
report.
The data collection exercise was carried out
for the Turning Movement Counts (TMC) by
Seero team at several road sections and traffic
intersections surrounding the project plot.
