    Review of what is writing?There are so many definitions of writing that until to day those definitions

    still can not cover what writing is. Here are some comment of what iswriting.

    From the Blackwell Encyclopedia of Writings Systems, writing is defined asa set of visible or tactile signs used to represent units of languagein a systematic way, with the purpose of recording messages whichcan be retrieved by everyone who knows the language and the rulesby virtue of which its units are encoded in the writing system

    "plagiarize" means to steal and pass off (the ideas or words of another) as

    one's own

    both stealing someone else's work and lying about it
