Directors & Advisors
The major mining company dilemma, time for a new entrant• The three largest landholders in Nevada are Barrick, Newmont, and Kinross, collectively holding 44,000 claims
(880,000 acres). On an annual basis this costs these juggernauts $9.7M to hold, collectively. Compared to revenue from operations, this amounts to a rounding error, disincentivizing exploration activities and joint venture partnerships.
• Discoveries are made through sizable drilling budgets and a bit of luck. With no deals being done by majors and minimal exploration expenditures, it is time for a nimble company to take a commanding position and structure deals that will result in the most money being spent on that ground.
-7-
Nevada King is Nevada’s fastest growing claim holder and now holds the title of 5th largest mineral holder in the State; Nevada King controls six district size projects within the Battle Mountain Trend, including the past producing, 1M ounce (43-101) Atlanta Mine.
When measured by concentration of gold ounces, the Battle Mountain Trend is the world’s most prolific producer - Pipeline, Cortez, Phoenix, McCoy/Cove, and Lone Tree are just a few of the world class mines that comprise the trend. These mines have laid the foundation for today’s mining juggernauts including Barrick and Newmont, and is the focus of Nevada King’s efforts.
The best way to make a major discovery is through the drill bit; by becoming Nevada’s most active land holder, the odds favor the next major discovery taking place on Nevada King land.
Who we are
-8-
Nevada is rated by the Frasier Institute as the Worlds #1 mining district.
A goal to become the leader in Nevada
-9-
Acquire district size projects that have had significant
past work and drilling, by major operators
In close proximity to operating and
past producing gold mines
Using a proprietary claim records database to
find data rich environments, NOT staking based
on geologic theories
And avoid costly option payments, work commitments,
and NSRs by staking ground directly.

• As money comes pouring back into the sector with higher gold prices, Nevada King will be positioned to provide Venture companies with high quality, well packaged projects, ready for exploration and drilling.
• The likelihood of a discovery is directly correlated to the amount of money spent in the ground and the amount of ground a company controls.
Becoming the storefront for junior mining companies looking for their next great project.
