Report on Placement 2014
TAPMI received a very good response from the corporate world for placement of students of the batch of 2012‐2014. Corporates’ faith in the PGP program of TAPMI saw a tremendous response and support from the recruiters. More than 100 companies have participated in our placement process and offered jobs to 296 students. Around 60 companies participated for the first time. TAPMI’s graduates got a variety of roles from a wide spectrum of sectors, across multiple functional domains. These include offers from Consulting, FMCG, IT/ITES, E‐Commerce, Telecom, Media, Confectionary, Manufacturing, Analytics, Airways, BFSI, Digital Marketing, Pharma & Healthcare, Textile, BPO and Logistics, etc. This year saw a significant increase in the number of firms vying to tap the talent on campus, which is a sign of trust by corporates and opportunity for students of PGDM top B‐ Schools. Overseas Placements: This year, TAPMI students received 10 International Placements with industry leading pay packages. The offers came from:

Pre‐Placement offers: 21 students accepted Pre‐Placement offers received from the organization where they did their Summer Internship. A. Placement details for PGDM programme The highest annual package offered was Rs. 55 lakhs and the average package was Rs. 9.71 lakhs p.a. The sector wise distribution of students is as follows:
B. Placement Details for PGDM‐Healthcare Management TAPMI’s Health Care management graduates received offers from a wide spectrum of sectors across multiple functional domains. These include offers from Pharma, IT, BFSI, E‐Commerce, Consulting and Manufacturing.
Some of the prominent recruiters who have participated in our campus placement are ‐ Cognizant, CURA Healthcare, DaVita Nephrolife, Fortis, HCL, ICICI Prulife, India Property, MEMG, Ranbaxy, Saatchi & Saatchi Health, Vanilla‐Beans, Vidal Health TPA, etc. The highest annual package offered was Rs. 9.57 lakhs and the average package was Rs. 6.96 lakhs p.a.

Indian Placement Reporting Standards: TAPMI’s placement report is audited by CRISIL as per the IPRS, of which TAPMI is a founding member. The IPRS has been introduced in 2011, in an effort to bring in greater transparency in B‐School placements reporting across the country.
