NO guns are allowed on premises. This includes toy guns, as they are a nuisance to the public.

Large Vehicles (Car Trailers, Roll-Backs, Car Haulers) must be parked in a specific parking area designated by the MAAC.

Concessions are available on show grounds. NO OTHER food or beverage sales will be allowed. NO Alcoholic beverages sales allowed inside show grounds.

No generators allowed between 10 pm & 7 am.

Handicapped permits required. Permit can be obtained, with appropriate documentation, prior to show or at gate ticket office. Only Single-Person Scooter/Chair Permits will be issued to non-ambulatory individuals. For permit, contact Luetta White at 828-488-6184.

MOTORIZED Carts, such as Golf Carts, Motorcycles and ATV’s are NOT ALLOWED.

Bicycles and wheeled vehicles are NOT allowed.

Individuals using unauthorized carts will be asked to leave the show grounds.

Show Cars entered MUST have a fire extinguisher. At MAAC’s discretion, show car/truck judging may change. You must be present to receive a trophy.

NO “For Sale” signs IN, ON, AROUND or UNDER Show Cars.

NO Flea Market items in Car Corral.

NO Car Corral Vehicles outside fence. Parking along fence designated for Handicapped Vehicles only. Space for tent or canopy in Car Corral will need to buy extra space. Car Corral spaces may not be resold or reassigned, without written permission from the MAAC. Spaces must be turned back in to MAAC, as soon as space becomes vacant.

Only PRE-PAID electrical hook-ups allowed. We and the Ag Center WILL be policing all areas on a regular basis. Any vendor who is illegally attached to electrical outlets will be asked to pay or leave the show grounds.

Security Guards will be on duty each day and night for the Flea Market, Car Corral and Car Show Areas.

Everyone must be out of the show grounds by 5:00 pm on the last day of the show.
