About 2020... an unprecedented year As we reflect on 2020, we are struck by the many ways our YMCA community stepped up to carry out our mission to strengthen families in Northwest Indiana.
The COVID-19 Pandemic tested our faith and resilience as an organization. Our YMCA is made up of a community of members, donors, volunteers, community and staff. Each part of our YMCA community stepped up to support their neighbors in the following ways.

Our whole family loves the YMCA. They have done a wonderful job of keeping their members and staff safe during the pandemic and I would recommend them to anyone.
Your facility is very clean and welcoming each time I am there. During COVID as times have been tough, your facility has remained classy and made my family feel safe and excited to come to continue to exercise and enjoy your programing.
The Y is such a great family place. The staff is great, always friendly and are always working had keeping things clean and sanitized.
During COVID, the Y has placed some great protocols inplace to mitigate the spread which is awesome. The newsletter has been a great tool to help members keep up with the changes. The emails have also been helpful.

THE Y IS my safe place SUMMER 2020
I felt assured from the first day upon returning to the Y that they were taking this very seriously. Staff were continually walking around, clean- ing machines, doing head counts to make sure that they were maintain- ing their capacity levels. Cleaning materials are everywhere with remind- ers to clean before and after use are posted clearly and throughout the facility. I felt safer at the Y than I have felt going to the grocery store. The Y has made the safety of their members the number one priority.
From the front greeters to all the staff to teach the activities, they have done such an awe- some job during this pandemic! Not one day did my children and I ever not feel safe when we came in these doors. The staff was constantly cleaning to make sure everything was sanitized from exercise equipment to basketballs and even the walls… I was so impressed.

GREAT MEMBER BENEFIT ANNOUNCED! YMCA members across the country now have a new benefit that matches their on-the-go lifestyles and puts healthy living at the center of 2021. YMCA360 has just been launched, and it is a 360-degree seamless Y experience on TV and web.
More than 300 on-demand exercise classes and programs are accessible 24/7 to provide another way to engage with the Y from home or when a location isn’t nearby. Content is being added weekly, and livestream classes are expected to debut soon. Whether it’s your house or ours, the Y and its state-of-the-art classes and programs are ready to exceed your expectations.
DESTINATION DAY CAMP It is the goal of Pheasant Valley YMCA Camp and Retreat Center is to provide a safe, fun, memorable, and educational experiences for all guests and children through demon- stration of our four core values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility.
VISION Crossroads YMCA is continuing to ex- pand program and services to our com- munity to help all have experiences and opportunities to learn, grow and thrive. We also believe that these experiences will help people stay active and connect- ed to healthy activities and in turn create healthier families and communities in NWI.

Our whole family loves the YMCA. They have done a wonderful job of keeping their members and staff safe during the pandemic and I would recommend them to anyone.
Your facility is very clean and welcoming each time I am there. During COVID as times have been tough, your facility has remained classy and made my family feel safe and excited to come to continue to exercise and enjoy your programing.
The Y is such a great family place. The staff is great, always friendly and are always working had keeping things clean and sanitized.
During COVID, the Y has placed some great protocols inplace to mitigate the spread which is awesome. The newsletter has been a great tool to help members keep up with the changes. The emails have also been helpful.

THE Y IS my safe place SUMMER 2020
I felt assured from the first day upon returning to the Y that they were taking this very seriously. Staff were continually walking around, clean- ing machines, doing head counts to make sure that they were maintain- ing their capacity levels. Cleaning materials are everywhere with remind- ers to clean before and after use are posted clearly and throughout the facility. I felt safer at the Y than I have felt going to the grocery store. The Y has made the safety of their members the number one priority.
From the front greeters to all the staff to teach the activities, they have done such an awe- some job during this pandemic! Not one day did my children and I ever not feel safe when we came in these doors. The staff was constantly cleaning to make sure everything was sanitized from exercise equipment to basketballs and even the walls… I was so impressed.

GREAT MEMBER BENEFIT ANNOUNCED! YMCA members across the country now have a new benefit that matches their on-the-go lifestyles and puts healthy living at the center of 2021. YMCA360 has just been launched, and it is a 360-degree seamless Y experience on TV and web.
More than 300 on-demand exercise classes and programs are accessible 24/7 to provide another way to engage with the Y from home or when a location isn’t nearby. Content is being added weekly, and livestream classes are expected to debut soon. Whether it’s your house or ours, the Y and its state-of-the-art classes and programs are ready to exceed your expectations.
