Cleveland tied the game just before the two-minute warning with a 17-yard touchdown reception from Taylor to WR Josh Gordon. Tied 21-21 with 0:23 remaining in regulation, Steelers DB Cameron Sutton intercepted a pass intended for Gordon at the Pittsburgh 8-yard line to force the game into overtime. In overtime, the Steelers drove down to the Browns 24-yard line to set up a 42-yard field goal attempt, but in the pouring rain, the kick by K Chris Boswell sailed wide left. After another Steelers fumble at the Pittsburgh 38-yard line, the Browns set themselves up for their own field goal attempt from 43 yards out with 0:13 seconds remaining. The kick from Zane Gonzalez was blocked by Steelers LB T.J. Watt. Time expired on the following drive. Watt finished the game with 4.0 sacks, while DT Cameron Heyward, LB Bud Dupree and LB Jon Bostic each collected 1.0.
