This structure is made ofgray bricks with large square windows. The buildings isintended to be called The Marx probably alluding to The MarxBrothers who filmed movies on the block at Kaufman AstoriaStudios when it was owned by Paramount in the 1930s. The building was designed by Fogarty Finger and probably willbe a rental building. SDS Procida is developing the project. This building will rise in the place of two small homes and aparking lot.
