1. The Pipe line drawing have been approved by the chief Inspector of Boilers, Chattisgarh, Raipur vide letter No. .CIB/RG-201/554 Dated 07.03.12

2. The Permission for site erection has been issued by the Chief Inspector of Boilers, Chattisgargh, vide letter no. CIB/RG-201/554 Dated 07.03.12

3. The Permission for welding has been issued by the Chief Inspector Boilers, Chattisgargh, vide letter no. CIB/RG-201/554 Dated 07.03.12

4. The drawing scrutiny and Hydraulic test fees has been deposited vide challan no. 10874346 Dated 08.02.13 and submitted by letter no.for the amount of Rs.9900/- only.

6. All materials were offered for ground Inspection before erection.

7. X-ray and stress relieving of welded joints carried out as per IBR-1950 and the same approved by Chief Inspector of Boilers, Chhattisgarh Raipur. Vide letter no.RG-203/CIB/777 Dated 01.03.13.
