Magnesium that has greater tendency of ionization than iron oxidize before iron to prevent oxidation of iron, andpreventing rust by iron oxy-hydroxide (FeOOH) reforms to iron oxides (Fe O ) and coat the inner parts of pipe.

It is environment friendly pipe protecting system that removes scale from inner part of pipe andprevent corrosion using Galvanic Effects which is potential difference of magnesium (Mg ).

| Effect of scale removing and preventing in inner side of the pipe | Magnesium ion removes the scale by weakening scale combining in old pipe then it creates thin film toprevent scales from reforming.

It is substance that iron components from pipes and depositedminerals bonds together and attached to inner walls of pipe. Ironoxide and hydroxide [Fe2O3, Fe3O4, FeOOH] are most of it and,calcite [CaCO3] and Jaffeite [Ca4(Si3O7) (OH)6] etc. bonds to ironmineral firmly to create scale.There is hard to dissolve salt suchas calcium and citrate are dissociated and melted in the water.They get concentrated and extracted and bonds with rust tocreate scale. Also the phosphate that used as anticorrosive canbe remain as scale as phosphate mineral such as scholzite.
