Global Settings

For Global Settings from the Manage Tab, you need to Select “Global Settings.”

To enable alerts at a global level, you need to click on the “Send email alerts using these settings.” radial button.

You can choose a contact group for each alert type by clicking on the drop-down box and selecting the contact.

You can see that once you have chosen a “Contact.” the “Contact Enabled” changes from “No” to “Yes.”. Once you have

selected your contact groups for the alerts types you want you to need to click on “Save”.

The above was done for the Vehicle Alerts; you can do the same for “Driver Alerts” by clicking on the tab and following

the same steps.
