    POST-PROCEDURE 8. Advise the client na huwag agad. Huwag iinom ng malamig ng tubig at kumain

    ng malalamig, huwag maligo agad ng 8 oras pagkatapos ng massage.

    9. Alalayan tumagilid pakaliwa habang nakahiga pa para hindi mahilo. Iligpit ang

    mga ginamit kapag tapos na.

    PRE-PROCEDURE for Banana Leaf, Bentusa, Dagdagay

    1. Greet the client.

    2. Get the vital signs.

    3. Prepare all materials.

    BANANA LEAF 1. Haplos muna bago ikalat ang langis. (start from waist to shoulder)

    2. Put the banana leaf. (15 minutes)

    3. Massage the foot. (left to right)

    4. Remove the banana leaf from the back of the patient. Padaosdos ang paghila

    5. Massage the back. (shoulder to waist)

    6. (Ipaharap) Massage left and right foot, left and right hand, abdomen, face and

    head.

    7. Sabihin ang mga bawal at huwag patayuin agad.

    BENTUSA 1. Haplos muna para ikalat ang langis. (start from waist to shoulder)

    2. Ibentusa ang luya. (moving bentusa ang gawin for 30 minutes)

  • 3. Pagkatapos i-massage ang likod ng 5 hilot strokes, i-sunod ang dalawang

    balikat, paa.

    4. (Ipaharap) Massage left and right foot, left and right hand, abdomen, face and

    head.

    5. Sabihin ang mga bawal at huwag patayuin agad.

    DAGDAGAY 1. Magpakulo ng lemon grass.

    2. Ibabad ang paa sa pinakuluang lemon grass sa loob ng 15-20 minutes.

    3. Pagkatapos ay punasan ng tuyong towel at i-massage using 2 bamboo sticks.

    4. Pagkatapos ay i-massage ang paa using kamay i-apply ang 5 hilot strokes sa

    paa (haplos, hagod, pindot, pisil, piga)

    5. Pagkatapos ng massage saka balutin ng dahon ng saging ang paa.

    6. Pagtanggal ng saging sa paa after 20 minutes saka lagyan uli ng langis.

    Endangerment Sites 1. Anterior triangle of the neck (leeg) 6. Axilla (kili-kili)

    2. Posterior triangle of the neck (batok) 7. Femoral triangle (singit)

    3. Face (Eyeball, Facial Arteries) 8. Lower back (bewang)

    4. Elbow (Antecubital) siko 9. Popliteal (alak-alakan)

    5. Abdomen (tyan)

    Contra-Indication 1. Bacterial, viral or fungal infection 8. All kinds of burns

    2. Scabies 9. Metal implants/Pacemaker

    3. Boils/Carbuncles 10. Hypertension

    4. Ringworm 11. Intoxication from alcohol or drugs

    5. Allergies 12. Kidney disease

    6. Hemorrhage 13. Recent surgery

    7. Infections 14. Fractures
