of State. Michele Reagan was
sworn into office January 5th.
In between, we will be helping at the county fair – April 21st and hope to have a presence at
the annual March of Remembrance on April 19th. Before you know it, it will be summer and
things may slow down?? Probably not, and that’s okay. We’re hoping to have some candi-
dates for City Council announce soon. Speaking of that, don’t forget to fill out the survey
composed by Shelley Kais. It will help us know our strengths and opportunities for improve-
ment in helping candidates.
PRESIDENT’S MESSAGE

We are looking forward to having Michele Reagan for a return
visit to our Club this month. We had her as a candidate the first
month in 2014 and she loves us as much as we love her! Please
make sure to join us.
We are also trying something fun and new in May. Adriana has
been busy planning a bus trip to Sonoita for “A Day at the
Races” – May 2nd to watch live racing AND the Kentucky Derby.
More details to follow by email and on our website and facebook
page. (And her flyer below) You will not want to miss this event
as it will be replacing our regular lunch or dinner meeting.
We are well into the year of 2015 but it is not too late to renew your membership for this year.
There will be so much going on with exciting new Republican candidates for our City Council elec-
tion. We all need to get involved to change the way this city is going and make it prosper. The
Presidential elections will be heating up more and more as more candidates announce for the
nomination. There is a lot to be done so come join in the work and fun. We have lots of great ac-
tivities and programs planned to help move our country in the RIGHT direction.
Also, if you want a name badge, please let me know ASAP. They are $11. Drop me an email and let me know how you want your name to appear. [email protected]

Join the Tucson community on Sunday, April 19th at the Reid Park Band Shell for a celebra-
tion walk around the whole park. Congregation Beth Sar Shalom has organized the March
of Remembrance to honor the memory of those who died in the Holoaust, to stand against
anti-Semitism and to enhance the friendship between the Jewish and Christian Communi-
ties. Please see their web site www.shalomtucson.org for full details. The march begins at
4:00pm with a concert at 6:00pm. The march begins at the band shell. Be sure to bring
hats, sunscreen, water and chairs for the concert. There will be food available for purchase
and carpooling is encouraged.

The link below is for a survey being conducted by the PCRWC. Your voice is very important in our party,
our community, and our club. Our goal is to be prepared for our candidates when they call upon us to sup-
port them in their races. The data will be stored in a database and maintained by a club member. You will
be notified if a candidate is looking for volunteer support and will be given a point of contact for the cam-
paign team; it will be your choice to contact the candidate and their team. We will not share your informa-
tion with the candidates.
Our candidates need our help; our community needs our candidates; our candidates need to win their
races! Let’s help. Please take approximately five minutes and complete the online survey. When you click
on the Submit button, your responses will go into our database. Thank you for your support.

As our City Council candidates are filing their candidacy paperwork we are reminded that there will be or-
ganized walks in the selected precincts that will garner the signatures required or their petitions. Sure, we
will have petitions at the fair and you are welcome to take some to walk city precincts yourself, but please
consider helping out at the major walking events. Be sure to wear your PCRW badge. The matching fund
collection envelopes will soon be available as we assist in getting those filled, too.

Dear Members, Please review the below flyer that was provided to us by Penny
McArthur. She coordinates and volunteers with this group and let us know that
this is the last flight scheduled that will be limited to WWII Vets. They are
now going to begin working on the Korean and Vietnam War Vets. How
exciting! I bet we know some men and women who may need a little honoring?
