1 What's New in Version 10.0 1. TDD-LTE ViLTE test is supported by HTC M8 in this version.
2. A new high-performance GPS device with greater sensitivity and faster positioning is
used for high-speed (approx. 300 km/h) train test.
3. Users may export the selected cell sites, test routes and cell line linkings to the Mapinfo,
Google Earth, and Shape file formats, which can be reused in other tools or platforms.
4. Users may select a cell or site to display its coverage map and cell line linkings for the
relevant analysis.
5. Users may define the type of signaling messages to collect based on the actual test and
analysis requirements.

2 Introduction Pilot Pioneer is DingLi's multi-technology laptop-based radio access network test and
measurement tool. It is an integrated all-purpose product that can be used for indoor measurement
and in-vehicle outdoor drive testing. Various services tests can be conducted with a wide range of
the latest supported commercial test terminals. Pilot Pioneer test and measurement capability is
applicable throughout the network development lifecycle, therefore allowing network and service
provider to fully leverage on their investment. The collected data reflects subscriber's perceptions
and experience, enabling network operators to fine tune the network to maximize subscriber's
satisfaction.
Pilot Pioneer V10.0 is newly designed with simple and user-friendly interfaces for easy operation.
New functions are added or improved in this version:
ViLTE and VoLTE tests (with HTC M8)
WCDMA Adaptive Multi-Rate Wideband (AMR-WB) test
High-speed train test with GPS trajectory compensation
Export Map layers
Cell site coverage map
User-defined signaling message collection
