Pietre di Borgogna has a Slip-Resistance/C.O.F. of Dry and Wet > 0.6 (Standard: ASTM C 1028).

PIETRE DI BORGOGNA draws its inspiration from the natural limestone found in France's Bourgogne region, an area known for its fine wines and classic architecture. The understated elegance of French limestone is linked closely to the timeless beauty of the country’s chateaus, abbeys and Romanesque structures. Unfortunately, the scarcity of the stone, rising quarrying costs, and unfavorable exchange rates today price French limestone beyond the budgets for most commercial and residential projects.

Thanks to new digital technologies, it is now possible to capture the details of this beautiful and unique limestone in a durable, affordable and easily maintained porcelain body. PIETRE DI BORGOGNA presents each of the four classic French Limestones so realistically,they defy detection.

The grey, beige and gold tones of this series are enhanced by the presence of fossils and natural shading characteristic of the stone. PIETRE DI BORGOGNA will add elegance to a wide range of architectural styles, from classic to contemporary, and is suitable for both residential and commercial applications.

United Tile is stocking all four colors - Terre, Sabbia, Diamante and Oro - in the following sizes: 18x18, 12x24, 2x2 mosaics, and 3.5x18 Battiscopa (bullnose). Other sizes and a textured finish are available by special order for large projects.
