STANDARD HYDRAULIC SYSTEM with 36 lt/min hydraulic flow rate with "Load Sensing" valve for power steering. INTEGRAL STEEL FRAME "ISF" In high-strength steel, studied to raise stiffness to maximum, provided with linkages for rear, front or lateral equipment. Engine supported by silent-blocks to reduce vibrations and noisiness. Lower protections to shield all the components of the transmission. Axles with a maximum capacity up to 7380 kg with epyciclic reducers (planetary), differential locks with electro-hydraulic control and circulation cooled disk brakes on the four wheels with double circuit.

We only use high quality components with advantage for the tractor user.

The circulation oil cooled system of the DEUTZ engine guarantees less wear out of the components, high reliability and low costs in maintenance. The oil change can be done with 500 hours interval, 66% more than with others engines, and it prevents corrosion and cavitation problems, and the necessity to use antifreeze during winter time. The low specific fuel consumption of 218 gr/kwh, 8,3% inferior than other engines, save up to 1.060 litres of diesel oil in 1000 hours of working with the same services, and moreother it is synonim of more careful resercheas and construccion with more reliability. DEUTZ has a worldwide network with more than 3.000 assistance points.

STEERING OF THE FRONT AXLE

CONTEMPORANEOUS USE OF THE TWO STREERINGS

tractor in the same place occupied by the font part (very useful with the drive direction inverted)

3 different steering possibilities just in one tractor The 2 steering systems can be used separately or contemporaneously; the single use offers you the advantages of the 2 different steering systems in indipendent way, while the contemporaneous use reduces the steering radius untill 2150 mm (without use of the brakes).

Towing capacity 6000 kg with front steering -- Towing capacity 4000 kg with central articulation steering Our steering system, "TWIN STEERING SYSTEM", offers the great advantage of having 2 real steering systems on the same tractor and not only one system (that adds the disadvantage of the 2 steerings), as used by others.

HYDROSTATIC TRANSMISSION Hydrostatic transmission with continous adjustment from zero to maximum speed (super creeper fuction), in both directions (hydraulic reverse power shuttle) with multi-purpose joystick; “AUTOMOTIVE SISTEM” with automatic speed adjustment (in street transfers it works as an automatic gear). While operating, to stop the tractor you do not need to use clutch or brakes, but it is sufficient to get the multi-purpose joystick in stop position. Above all in very sloping areas this allows the tractor drive with such a SAFETY and a RAPIDITY impossible to obtain with traditional gear. The hydrostatic transmission is without clutch, with consequent great saving in maintenance costs of the tractor.

OPERATOR’S PLATFORM INVERSION : standard high comfort with the operator’s platform supported by silent-blocks, a few istants are sufficient to invert the operator’s platform by central rotation. The seat is suspended and adjustable, all the drive controls are in ergonomic position, this adds comfort to the operator and productivity to the tractor. The raised seat provides a perfect visibility of the applied equipments.

JOYSTICK MULTI - POURPOSE (standard)The multi-pourpose- joystick controls speed adjustment , the direction, the lift, the "TWIN STEERING SYSTEM", the rear linkage and up to 6 hydraulic connections. This system controls the main functions of the tractor just with one hand in easy, rapid and safe way.
