Application

Characteristics

1.It can set flow flexibly, flow can be setted without calculation when the system runs.

2. Higher in cut-off differential pressure while lower in the possibility of leakage.

3.The balancing cavity adopts built-in connecting pipe. It has more compact structure and can avoid damages during installation compared with external connecting pipe.

4. The valve body is made of forge brass material,delicate in appearance.

5. Easy debugging,do not need specialized technical personnel.

6. Small size,easy to install.

7. Testing points could be optional.It is convenient to test differential pressure.

It is used to solve the problem of hydraulic power maladjustment in heating and air conditioning system.It has a strong anti-jamming ability and a high degree of control accuracy, which makes it work well in the frequent fluctuating flow system.

1.Using 10mm wrench to regulatethe maximum opening,as shown in the table,the scale pointed by arrow is the maximum opening.

2.Installation

When doing service work on the valve / actuator:1. Close the pump and turn off the power supply.2. Close the shut-off valve, exhaust water in the pipe to reduce the pressure inside pipes. Make water pipe(hot water) cool down naturally.3. Dismantle electric wires from wiring terminals. Remark: before debugging valve again,install actuator correctly.
