The purpose of this game is to have fun memorizing a list of items that you will bring with you on a trip! The leader of your group asks:

Where are you going and what are you bringing?

The next player answers him or her with a word that starts with the firstletter of the alphabet.

I’m going on a boat and I’m bringing an apple.

The next player should repeat what the previous player said and add a word with the next consecutive letter.

Each player must repeat exactly what the previous player said. If he or she takes more than 5 seconds to remember a word in the list or doesn’t say the correct word,

the player is out.

This book was designed and pro-duced by Alana Rosenberg at Wash-ington University in St. Louis for the 2012 Fall Semester of Word and Im-age Studio. Images were inspired by Nestle’s Keen Kids 1963 magazine ad and were drawn by myself with the help of the magical pen tool. It was created in Adobe InDesign CS6, printed and assembled on 26lb. Hammermill Paper with Xerox inks.
