Payment:

1. Payment can be made via cash or an EFT; please note that we DO NOT have credit card facilities and the client will be liable for any bank charges incurred by direct deposits.

2. There is a 5% surcharge payable for international funds transfers.

3. A 75% deposit is required before we will process an order.

4. Final payment must be made prior to the order date to guarantee delivery; if this payment is not received, we reserve the right to withhold the client’s order.

Ordering Procedures & Special Requests:

1. All weekday orders need to be placed by 11h00 on the day prior to delivery/collection.

2. All weekend orders need to be placed by 11h00 on the preceding Friday.

3. Lead times may vary based on order sizes.

4. Dietary requirements can be accommodated on request and surcharges may apply.

5. Strictly Halaal and Kosher picnics can be provided on request and surcharges will apply.

6. Packaging may be customized on request and within reason.

Discretionary Changes:

1. All of the listed menu items are subject to seasonal availability and may be replaced with suitable substitutes if necessary.

2. All packaging items are subject to availability and may be changed if necessary.

3. All of the listed prices may be changed at our discretion.

4. Any late cancellations or additions to orders will be charged for accordingly.
