Careful refining – TOSTATURA LENTA

Traditional drum roasting: Piacetto Supremo specialty co�ees are roasted in a slowly rotating drum from 8 to 20 minutes depending on the depth of the required roast. Heat is transferred indirectly, and therefore gently, from the hot outer air to the beans as they make contact with the drum.

The result is an exceptional co�ee with a unique taste, fine aromas and a velvety crema.

Slow Roasted for complex flavour Piacetto Tradizionale beans undergo a long-term roasting, suspended on a bed of hot air the beans are roasted evenly and due to the longer roasting time (5—8 mins) the complex flavours are allowed to develop.
