Built on 20 years of industry experience SH DESIGNS founders, Joshua Spalten and Jason Huntley, both Jacksonville natives and University of Florida graduates, started SH Design with the idea of creating one-of-a kind communities for homeowners seeking a distinctly unique neighborhood.

Sleek, Coastal Modern Design is making its debut along the Intracoastal Waterway

at Channelside Luxury Townhomes, a new 30 unit waterfront townhome
