Through sequence of chemical and photographic steps circuits are constructed on semiconductor wafer

O P T I C A L L I T H O G R A P H YTechnique in which patterns of geometric shape on mask are transferred on thin layer of radiation sensitive material covering the surface of semiconductor material.
