2. SCOPE OF WORK Todd Photographic Services team consists of a broad range of employee and photographic experience. We have over 20 years of experience, with attention to client satisfaction and completion of projects on time. We have been specializing in aerial photography covering the business sector across numerous industries and disciplines pertaining to Panoramic, construction progress, home builder development, campus development (ASU campuses, SCC, PVCC), Architectural grounds shots, including buildings and landscape photography. We shoot with multiple types of cameras, utilize strong long lasting relationships with pilots both for fixed-wing aircraft and helicopters and in some instances utilize UAV technologies where applicable. Our post processing methodology always includes the both high resolution and low resolution output to adhere to the multiple forms of distribution, print small and large format, delivery via email, ftp, CD/DVD and maintain all raw/digital masters of each shoot. A rigorous QA/QC process is performed and each and every shoot/flight by one of our three in-house photographers/graphic designers. We are a full service shop, from project fruition, to scheduling, project management, flights/shoots, post processing and design, methods of delivery, to full service printings, mounting, laminating and framing.

3. SPECIFICATIONS Todd Photographic Services strives to utilize the latest in photography equipment, processes and be innovative where applicable. 3.1. EQUIPMENT/SOFTWARE Todd Photographic Services has 3 in-house photographers all equipped with top HD digital cameras, lenses and media cards. Todd Photographic Services licenses 2 desktop Adobe Creative Suite 5 applications for timely and high quality post processing of shoots and flights. Todd Photographic Services owns and operates a large format plotter high resolution print and utilizes top quality photo finish paper for optimal results. 3.2. PRODUCT DELIVERABLE Todd Photographic Services methodology on post processing includes maintaining raw images both on a server and back-up, processing low and high resolution files for any method of delivery. We have the ability to provide any vector or raster file format, whether .jpg/.tif/.eps. 3.3. PACKAGING/ORGANIZING/DELIVERY Each flight or shoot that is performed by Todd Photographic Services receives a unique tracking number and file specific to the client. All material and products processed maintain that unique naming convention. Whether digital or hardcopy format, we maintain file integrity and security. We maintain a FTP site, utilize web applications such as DropBox and provides files delivered on CD/DVD and/or both formats. 3.4. PRODUCT RETURN POLICY AND SATISFACTION GUARANTEES Todd Photographic Services only believes in one way of doing business, doing it right and making it right. Your satisfaction is our guarantee. If it is not done right the first time, we’ll put a rush request in to reshoot and process immediately. 3.5. SCHEDULING SHOOTS AND RETAKES Regardless of the deliverable, we have systems in place and a staff committed to our clients and can provide flexibility by having 3 full-time photographers. This allows for us to schedule shoots and/or retakes with very minimal notification time.

4. RESPONDENT QUESTIONNAIRE 4.1. DESCRIPTIION/EXPERIENCE Jim Todd, President, Todd Photographic Services started his business in 1990, after many years of experience working with other Aerial Photographic companies within the Phoenix Market. He took a tiny startup in a spare bedroom and overfilled garage and successfully migrated and grew his business to provide the comfort and stability of operating out of multiple office spaces. In 2009, Jim was able to purchase a 2 story building and has expanded in staff size and services, becoming a “one-stop shop” for all things visual, while maintaining his philosophy that your most important goal has to be making your client happy…no matter what.

Many local and national businesses have used our aerials and land-based photographic services in that time, including developers, home builders, real estate professionals, brokers, management firms, and construction companies.

We create aerial and ground imagery for civic, development and real estate communities across the nation; our impressive capabilities present your project in the best light. Eric Kenas, Vice President, Operations, Sales and Marketing joined the team in February 2014 with over 15 years of operational and client facing experience. He has held numerous positions across multiple disiplines all encompassing the world of GIS as the foundation. Most recently he stood at the helm as the Director of Location Analytics and Mapping (LAM) at one of the largest commercial real estate companies in the world. Considered by many to be the preeminent GIS facility with the CRE industry. He is a strategic, forward thinking professional with extensive experience implementing the use of GIS, Research, Marketing, Site Selection and Analysis. Proven to integrate information into spatial solutions and technologies, translating organizational goals and transforming the way in which critical decisions are made. Assesses critical marketplace changes and the impact on strategic plans. Excellent negotiator, successful at being under budget, while maintaining strong vendor relationships. Creates and delivers exceptional products and services. Proven people manager with a focus on employee development. Lyly Garry, Architectural Photographer/Designer has over 30 years of experience as a Landscape and Architectural photographer and has worked for Todd Photographic Services for almost 10 years and was a colleague of Jim’s with previous employment at a local aerial company in the late 80’s. He spent many years collecting scenic photographic murals and landscape photography to build his collection, and at one point his collection was on display at Sedona Arizona’s large and most prestigious fine art gallery. His work is showcased at Todd Photographic Services and many other companies across the Valley. He has taken this experience into the everyday operations as a photographer and senior graphic designer. Cyndi Bosworth, Portrait Photographer/Designer, joined Todd Photographic Services in 2011. She is more than a photographer or graphic designer, she embodies creativeness. She carries a heavy workload

and is able to provide quality and quantity with our finished products. She oversees the post-processing of flights, and organizes files for design work and for delivery. There is very little that she doesn’t get involved with through the completion of a project. Georgann Prince, Head Framer, has been working at Todd Photographic Services for almost 10 years as our resident expert and head framer. She is meticulous and efficient when it comes to mounting, laminating and framing. We utilize advanced equipment and proprietary hardware to capture fully immersive 360 degree panoramic photos, which after post processing can also be utilized in an interactive web-based environment. 4.3.2. CAMPUS AND OTHER ARCHITECTURAL, BUILDINGS, LANDSCAPE Whether from the air or from the ground, we are able to comply with the scope of work outlined in the minimal requirements section and scope of work for MCCCD. With over 20 years of experience, we have developed the skill set to capture unique perspectives from the aerial, whether vertical in nature or lower level oblique shots that show the campus, buildings, architectural design elements while capturing the immediate landscape attributes, natural surroundings and horizons. 4.4. SIMILAR WORK For over 20 years we have been specializing in all aspects of photography. We have shifted with technological advances, most prominently the photographic change to digital photography. However, our process of shooting the highest quality of work hasn’t changed. With 1,000 of clients across Arizona, we have shot every type of project. Over the past 5 years, economic impacts changed some of the ways we do business. The new home building marketed dried up, but when it gained moment many of our clients returned and we tracked development of that industry from the air. In 2011, Todd Photographic Services published a book called Hindsight, Twenty Years of Change From An Aerial Prospective. This was a unique look at the “then and now” of the Phoenix market. We shoot construction progress packages for many of the major construction companies and developer projects showing progress month by month. Our clients utilize this project for visual tracking and reporting functions and later sales and marketing. Working with Land Brokerage firms has offered us the opportunity to understand the marketplace prior to construction. We also shoot major events and have capture years of content for all the major events, whether sporting or entertainment. All our flights include multiple altitudes and angles of any give site, whether a free standing building, a campus, shopping plazas/centers, business and retail corridors, land, events, scenic and other project requirements. 4.4. There are not a set number of assignments. They will be given on an as-needed basis. It is

difficult to anticipate the needs of the ten colleges and the District as many of the needs

are project/event driven.
