6. Do you allow me to look at the layouts before you make the album and can I make changes?Darmanin: Yes. We conduct an on-line net meeting with you and the graphic designer to make changes quickly.

7. What tools do you give me to select the pictures I want?Darmanin:, order sheets with thumbnail pictures, Web site, High res jpeg file, on-line net meetings.

8. Do you have backup equipment?Darmanin; Yes we have backups of everything.

9. Do you retouch the pictures that I order? What is the price?Darmanin: All pictures that are ordered for the albums are retouched to your specifications at no cost.

10. Do you do digital manipulations like head transplants or table removals? Are they included?Darmanin: We are masters of digital manipulation. You get two major manipulations at no cost.

11.Do you do color splashes. Are they included?

Darmanin: We give you two color splashes at no cost.
