Carter-Kelsey Building --2003 Purchased the H. W. Carter Manufacturing Co. Building for $900,000. --2007 Renovated & renamed the building the Carter Kelsey building, ($4.5M renovation) --The 41,500 square foot C-K Building is inclusively accessible, ADA compliant, and LEED –Gold Certified in 2008 --2013 AVA purchased the adjacent residential building, 9 Bank Street (once the former Factory Manager’s home)
