I selected focal soften and moved the point to our faces. I then adjusted the size of the focus and the hardness of the edges.

Pixelate Effect

I selected pixelate and changed the size of the pixel to bigger and the advanced modes were changed to lighten.

Panography-ish Effect

I selected panography-ish and played with the options but ended up leaving it alone.

Holga-ish Effect

I selected holga-ish effect and increased the grain to 100%.

Vibrance Effect

I selected vibrance effect and increased the vibrance to 100%.

I selected heat map 2.0 and changed the style to infrared.

I selected vignette and left all the default settings as they were.

I selected gritty and increased the darkness.

I selected posterize and increased the number of colors used and increased the detail to 100%.

I selected doodle and drew a circle and exclamation point.

I selected puzzle and increased the number of puzzle pieces. I also increased the number of loose pieces.

I selected pencil sketch and increased the radius to 5. I also increased the strength to 200%.

I selected boost and increased the strength to 100%.

I selected cross process and left the default settings as they were.

I selected Relaxing Blaze font in blue for the top text. I selected Animal font in white for the bottom text. I adjusted the size of each to make it fit.
