Thefaculty-andstudent-writtenassessmentsaregiventothedisciplinerepresentativeontheGraduateAdmissionCommittee(GAC),whowillcollectandcreateadisciplinereport.Thedisciplinereportprovidesasummaryofthestudent'sstatus.TheGACrepresentativewillsendcopiesofthefaculty-writtenstudentassessmentandthestudentprogressreporttoStudentServices.
