CREW CANVAS TOP & REAR PANEL RGR- Optional: Place fiberglass rods into holes in gray plastic clips, then snap the clips on the top center section of the roll cage, so that the rods are centered side to side and go front to back. If installing with a windshield the rods need to be cut approx. 1.25" and the front clamps need to be installed in an upsidedown manner to be free from the edge of the windshield. Open the hood. And liift the dump dody. Evenly drape the top over the frame of operators and passengers compartment. With the clear vinyl in the rear See photo 1. Wrap and connect the velcro straps around the bar between the operator’s and driver’s compartment. Feed the webbing/buckle strap from the sub assembly kit around the base of the roll cage bar, and through the sewn loop as seen in photo 2. Feed the webbing through the cut out between the roll cage and the hood and close the hood. See photo 3. Bring the strap up to the female buckle and connect the two buckles. Connect the upper rear webbing buckle straps around the horizontal crossbar as seen in photo 4. Adjust and tension the front and rear straps mentioned above. Note: The top was designed to be installed under high tension. The rear straps should pull the top down & rearward to be at the end of the tube in photo 6. Feed the bottom rear buckles around the passenger armrest bars as seen in photo 5. Note where self-adhesive velcro will attach in the front and the rear (photo 6). Clean noted area with isopropyl rubbing alcohol and allow to dry. Peel backing of the self-adhesive velcro and attach. Maximum velcro adhesion will occur in 24 hrs. at room temp. Cinch all webbing and buckle straps evenly, being sure to keep top centered. The top is designed to have a very tight fit. WARNING! Do not allow snow or water to accumulate. If problems persist install the gray clips and the fiberglass rods. INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS- Note: For installation with a windshield-first install the fiberglass rods as instructed below then install the windshield following the windshield instructions and last install the top. Wrap and connect the velcro straps around the bar between the operator’s anddriver’s compartment.

Feed the webbing/buckle strap from the sub assembly kit around the base of the rollcage bar, and through the sewn loop as seen in photo 2.

Feed the webbing through the cut out between the roll cage and the hood and closethe hood. See photo 3.

Bring the strap up to the female buckle and connect the two buckles.

Connect the upper rear webbing buckle straps around the horizontal crossbar asseen in photo 4.

Adjust and tension the front and rear straps mentioned above. Note: The top wasdesigned to be installed under high tension. The rear straps should pull the top down& rearward to be at the end of the tube in photo 6.

Feed the bottom rear buckles around the passenger armrest barsas seen in photo 5.

Note where self-adhesive velcro will attach in the front and the rear (photo 6).Clean noted area with isopropyl rubbing alcohol and allow to dry.Peel backing of the self-adhesive velcro and attach. Maximum velcroadhesion will occur in 24 hrs. at room temp.
