So many choices so little time!
• Think about this. . . Lets say that you know 1,000 people (that’s a lot of people!) and out of those thousand, ten of them are your close, best friends. Even with that small a ratio, it would mean that there are potentially 40,000 people in Minnesota alone who could be your new best friend
Kindness costs you nothing, silence could cost you a new friend!

Hygiene• Pride in your personal
appearance is important. . . . WHAT YOU LOOK LIKE ISN’T!!!
• Along with physical hygiene goes mental hygiene. Pay attention to thoughts about yourself and others
Never judge a book by its cover

• Can you imagine being happy without a single friend?• The only way to truly understand ourselves is through our friends• The Harvard School of Public Health conducted a study that found men with ``strong social ties'' had
an 82 percent lower risk of dying from heart disease than men who were more socially isolated.• People who are socially involved live longer.• Recent British studies show that regularly confiding in close friends is more effective at beating
Depression than prescription medicine. • We don’t have to be friends with everyone we meet but having friends is good for our body and mind.

The End of a Friend
Lives change and people change
There are so many friends to have
We wear our lives like scars on our skin… friends can often leave bad scars but they can also help heal
