The target groups are representatives of institutions and organizations from the North East Planning Region - District Varna, Shumen, Dobrich,

Targovishte; Association of the Coastal Municipalities; Association of SMEs; Association of Municipalities in Bulgaria; NGOs from North East

planning region with area of activity - SD and environmental protection.

Three groups of partners - from large, small municipalities and NGOs

Adopt a strategy and statutes of the partner network

Strategy in two parts: general and group (for the three types of groups)

Formulating short, medium and long-term goals and objectives for achieving the objectives in accordance with the strategies Europe 2020 and Bulgaria 2020.Create a database of experts in partner groups on the network

2. Training of the experts in the partner network for SD and environmental protection

- Conducting a three-day education according a preliminary program

- Elaboration of action plans by the network partners






3. Developing and printing of educational and informational materials

-200 pages colored materials in 100 pcs. circulation

- Presentation of the project results - color brochure - 1000 pcs.






4. Conducting survey in the partner groups

-Conducted survey of representatives from the partner groups

-Analyzed and published poll results






5. Conducting a final workshop – conference

- Presentation of the project results

- Presence of representatives from other target groups

- Media Presence

- Presentation of the results among the general public

Create preconditions for future network expansion in educational institutions of secondary and higher education, in neighboring regions and countries of the Black

Sea and the Danube region through the development and dissemination of appropriate information materials
