– Total trade space is approx 10,925 sq ft (2,300 sq ft in Phase III, 8,625 sq ft in Phase IV).

– Trade floor/rack tile capacity is currently 439 (345 in P4 & 94 in P3)– Total trade floor/rack tiles in Phase III 94 of 94 allocated– Total trade floor/rack tiles in Phase IV 345 of 453 allocated– Current power consumption in Phase IV Trade area is 501 kW– Power consumption in Phase III Trade area is approx 155 kW– Total power consumption for Trade is 656 kW– Note that there are some discussions of reducing trade space to 10k sq ft
