Key Questions of Study Group B

The  Study  Group  B  carried  out  Policy  Review  in  which  the  group  addresses  the  following  key  ques?ons  on  the  policies  to  develop  LCMT  in  Bitung  City,  Indonesia:  

1.  What  kinds  of  policies/regulatory  frameworks  should  be  established  for  energy  use,  land  use,  water  use,  etc.?  

2.   How  should  government  be  best  organised  for  LCMT  to  promote  low-­‐carbon  development?  

3.  What  kinds  of  economic  incen?ves  should  be  used?  

4.   How  should  infrastructure  for  reducing  CO2  emission  be  built  in  a  cost  effec?ve  manner?
