Conduct a yearly inspection on a fire hose reel in the workplace in accordance with AS1851. Provide evidence of your work:
a. list the inspection tasks as per AS1851 on the table provided; and
b. provide a copy of the AS1851 maintenance log sheet; and
c. provide a photo of the fire hose reel that you have inspected.
