Consent Relating To Personal Data

1. I / we consent to the collection and use of my personal data by Financial Alliance Pte Ltd ("FAPL"), their licensed financialadvisoryrepresentatives ("FARs") and authorised employees, as well as companies within the Financial Alliance Group, collectivelyknown as "FA", to enable them to fulfil their financial advisory¹ engagement ("the Engagement") with me, subject to myagreement that:

a. I am / We are serviced by the undersigned FAR-in-charge. Should he/she be unable to service this Engagement subsequentlyfor anyreason, FAPL may assign to me / us a new FAR-in-charge;

b. FA will disclose the necessary data to relevant product-issuing and/or service-offering third parties ("Relevant Third Parties"),such as, but not limited to, insurance companies, investment platforms, fund houses, law firms and wills & trust firms.
