UPCOMING EVENTS
PRIMARY DISCO
The first Primary Disco will be held on Friday 7 June 2013. Invitations will be sent out
in Term 2 and parents are asked to RSVP for catering purposes. We are all looking
forward to another fun night of disco dancing!
QUIZ NIGHT
Following on from 2012’s successful event, the P&F will be running a Quiz Night on
Saturday 29 June at 7:00pm, with all proceeds to be returned for the benefit of the
School. Ticket information will be issued in Term 2 so start organising your table of 10
for a fun filled evening that will benefit your children!
We are in need of help from parents to organise this event and if anyone is able to
donate a prize or feels confident to approach a local business we would be very
grateful for your assistance.
If you are able to help in any way contact Del Nash on 0428 936 109 or come to a
P&F meeting.
MASTERS BBQ
On Sunday 17 March the School held a BBQ at the Masters store in Forrestdale to
increase awareness of our school in the community. The P&F supported this cause
along with some other dedicated parents and their enthusiastic students.
Thank you to all those who helped on the day and congratulations on a job well
done!
MEETINGS
The John Wollaston Parents and Friends Association Inc. will be holding its next
meeting on Wednesday 8 May 2013 at 7:00pm in the Library Resource Centre.
Please come along and join in our worthy organisation, any assistance will be
gratefully received. The P&F can only exist when we have committed parents
involved.
