MechanisMWhich pepper to use? To get the best out of your Peugeot pepper grinding mechanism, it is recommended that peppercorns with a diameter of 5mm or less be used. Black, white and dry green peppercorns can be ground. The pink berries can be ground only if in a blend (max 15% pink) with one of these other peppercorns. Dried coriander is also suitable for the pepper mechanism.

PePPer mechanismThis mechanism is equipped with a helix-shaped double row of teeth that guide and hold the peppercorns for a perfect grind. It has a patented treatment that protects the steel from corrosion while maintaining its sharpness and wear resistance.

salt mechanismThis mechanism is designed to grind cooking sea salt. It is made of stainless steel and is not sensitive to salt corrosion.

Wet sea salt mechanismThis mechanism is specifically designed for wet sea salt. The natural consistency and moisture content do not allow the use of an ordinary salt mill. A spiral guides the salt, ensuring that it does not stick together.

sPice mechanismThis mechanism provides high performance for grinding spices and dried aromatic herbs such as basil, thyme, parsley, cumin etc. Designed to prevent friction, this mechanism provides excellent breakage and wear resistance.

chilli PePPer mechanismThis is a Peugeot exclusive product. This patented model has a pre-cutting system and a mechanism that grinds dry chilli powder. Like the pepper grinder it has a patented treatment that projects the steel from corrosion while maintaining its sharpness and wear resistance.

nutmeg mechanismThis mechanism is equipped with a double stainless steel blade/grater and a strong claw which enables the nutmeg to be very finely ground. Just turn the handle to release all the nutmeg flavours, without any risk to your fingers.
