Petro Vietnam machinery-technology joint stock company (PV MACHINO), was

founded in 1956, formerly known as Vietnam machinery and spare parts corporation

under Ministry of trade. PVMCHINNO is a member of PetroVietnam energy technology

corporation (PV EIC ) belong Vietnam national oil and gas group ( PetroVietnam )

now. Company’s business activities is to provide machinery, equipment, material,

the business of building steel, steel billet, scrap iron, ferrous metal, construction and

installation of electrical system…

With the strength and experience over 50 years, the company engaged in providing

equipment, material for projects inside and outside of PetroVietnam and affiliates as

investors. Some typical projects recently of the company such as: petroleum institute

building, Kim Dong theatre, Dinh vu polyester fiber plant, Thi vai LPG depot, Thai binh

Petroleum hotel, Etanol plant in Dung quat, Quang ngai and all projects done quality

and assurance to ensure risk free and integrity of the PetroVietnam assets as well as

Health, Safety and Environment and get high evaluation of investors.

World and Vietnam economy after the global financial crisis in 2008, the business

was difficult. Although the World and Vietnam economy has witnessed improving

but enterprises continue to face high inflation, budget and fund cuts, tight monetary

policies, energy price and raw material price increased sharply, especially difficulty

for companies operating in tranding. However, the company has gathering hundreds

of experts and specialists, professional and qualified staffs from the oil and gas and

other industrial sectors. Thank to their expertise and diligence. Board of Directors and

COMPANY BACKGROUND

GENERAL INFORMATION

Petro Vietnam machinery-technology joint stock company (PV MACHINO), was founded in 1956, a

powerful company with a long development history, formerly known as Vietnam machinery and spare

parts corporation under Ministry of trade. On August 8th 2005 Prime Minister has decided allowing PV

machine operates as a holding company. On March 2009, the company was officially transferred to Petro

Vietnam group

More than a half - century of operation, PV machino has continued performing export, import activities

and providing machinery, spare parts excellently for corporations and units of the national economy and

be honoured with State award, Third Labor Medal. PV machino has an extensive relationship with more

than 200 well-known manufactures, vendors, suppliers on the world. Global international relations, on five

continents: Asia, Europe, Australia, Africa and Americas

In 2010, PV Machino reached 1015.9 billion Vnd revenue, profit is 73.03 billion Vnd, contributing to the

state budget 62.5 billion Vnd. In 2011, company’s revenue is 1.350 billion Vnd, profit is 76.6 billion Vnd,

contributing to the state budget 75.3 billion Vnd

In coming years, Pv machino continues to participate in many big projects with high technical require-

ments, such as Thaibinh thermal power plant 2, Quangtrach thermal power project, Namconson project 2,

rigs building project, foating devices, transportation, exploitation, mining, processing, storage products of

the petroleum industry and other industries.
