Infrastructure

We use single infrastructure for INSPIRE harmonized and non-harmonized national data sets and services.
Source data comes in the Information System of the Cadastre of Real Estates (CP) and in the Register of Territorial Identification, Addresses and Real Estates (AD, AU, BU).
Data for publication are stored in the Publication Database.

Stored Queries (StoredQuery): ◦ GetChangedZonings – searches for cadastral
units, where something was changed. ◦ GetZoning – searches for cadastral units by

GetChangedZonings ◦ Two input parameters: DATUM_POSLEDNI_PUBLIKACE (date
of the last publication) a RANGE (bounding box). ◦ Function returns list of cadastral units where something
was changed.

GetZoning ◦ searches for cadastral zoning by name or code of the cadastral
units (not only by codes). It is possible to use wildcard character (%). For example: the input „Doma%“ searches for all cadastral units with names beginning with the letters „Doma“. The output is limited to a maximum of 10 elements.

Problems

The theme Buildings is not in final version (only draft version 3.0rc3).
XSD for themes of annex II and III doesn‘t exist in final version.
getCapabilities for WMS/WFS: INSPIRE validator problem with extended features.
Missing both types of geometry (reference point and polygon/boundaries) for the elements in themes AU and BU (it is possible only in the theme CP).

Conclusions

The theme CP ◦ View services have not yet found their users. ◦ Download services are gaining fans (GML files rather
than WFS). ◦ Do users really need data online? Can users read WFS
2.0.0?
The Publication database – continue with another themes (AD, AU, BU).
All services are provided free of charge and no registration is required.
