General Body Meeting
NoticeThe Annual General Body meeting of St. Paul's Mar Thoma Church, Dallas
will be held on Sunday, February 22, 2015 after the Holy Qurbana Service in
the church sanctuary to transact the following agenda.
Agenda
To receive, consider and adopt the Annual Report for 2014.
Presentation and approval of extra budgetary and non-budgeted
expenses for 2014.
To receive, consider and adopt the Annual Accounts for 2014 along
with auditors’ report.
Presentation and adoption of the Budget proposals for the year 2015.
Any other business with the permission of the chair.

General Body Meeting
Guidelines Please review the report, accounts and budget and submit your
questions, if any, in writing (not in emails) to Vicar by 5:00 pm CST on
02/20/2015.
All questions received by 02/20/2015 5:00 pm CST will be answered
appropriately during the General Body meeting.
Questions received after 02/20/2015 5:00 pm, including new questions
from the floor of the General Body, will not be entertained.
This process is not to discourage anyone from asking questions, rather
to only ensure that the Committee members can prepare answers for all
the questions received with supporting exhibits and documentations.
Further, this process is to ensure that we have a smooth and efficient
General Body meeting. This is also in line with the guidance provided in
previous year’s Annual General Body meetings.
Most importantly, please keep this meeting in your prayers.
India Mission 2015
The Diocese of North America and Europe is pleased to announce India
mission trip to mission fields in Maharashtra and Gujarat from July 27
2015 to August 12 2015. Mission trip is planned for 12 days and the
places to visit are :-
○ Navjeevan Centre
○ Novodaya Movement
○ Mokada Mission
○ Vapy and Ahwa Mission
Application form and the guidelines for the mission trip are available.

Church Facility Planning
The next meeting of the Facility Planning Task Team will be held
on next Saturday, 02/28 from 12 – 2 pm in the Sunday school
area. All task team members are requested to be present on time.
During this meeting, facilities task team will meet and receive
inputs from the Yuvajana Sakhyam, Sevika Sangham and
Parish Mission from 12:00 – 1:00 pm.
Members can meet with the team as individuals, as small
groups or larger group. Please make use of this opportunity
and be a part of the next phase of facility expansion.
Choir
Today immediately after the Holy Qurbana service,
Malayalam choir will be having a practice session in
preparation for next Sunday’s Malayalam service. As next
Saturday is the conference day, we will not be having a choir
practice on that day.
Youth Fellowship
A huge thank you to everyone who helped make last Sunday's Bake Sale possible!
There will be a YF meeting held today immediately after the worship service. February 15th to review and pass Annual accounts from 2014
DAY will be held at Sehion MTC, Friday, (Feb. 27th)
Lent devotionals- As lent is starting today, the youth fellowship is organizing a reading plan with daily devotionals that covers the four gospels. Everyone is welcome to join! Copies of the reading plan can be found in the foyer or on this website:http://daylent.blogspot.com/
This Friday's bible study will be postponed because of the yuvjanasakyam conference.
SS Announcements• No P&W next Satruday because of Regional conference
• Parents & Teachers, the doors of the Church are open by 8:15 AM every Sunday. SS start time is 8:30AM every Sunday beginning with Teacher’s devotion at 8:30 AM followed by Praise and Worship at 8:45 and then classes till 10:05AM.
• •We will have our Sunday school teachers meeting today immediately after the worship service. Teachers please make plan to attend.
• •The 2015 Refreshment sign-up sheet is on the SS Bulletin Board in the Fellowship Hall. Please sign up as we still have some slots available for the next few months
